The fee for an office examination is $39.00.  This includes a complete head to tail physical examination and consultation with Dr. Dalton.

It is our policy that all fees are due at time the services are rendered.  In cases of extensive medical or surgical procedures, where full payment may be difficult at time of discharge, we can establish a payment arrangement if approved in advance.
